Membership

Sandboxed offers a three-day trial that begins when the first video is launched. After the trial, continued access costs $20 USD for one year. Card memberships renew yearly until cancelled. Cryptocurrency purchases provide 365 days of access and do not automatically renew.

Devices and sharing

Each account may register four devices and use two simultaneous playback sessions. Two device replacements are allowed during any rolling 30-day period. Accounts may not be resold or shared outside the account holder’s household.

Playback

Sandboxed provides a media discovery interface and connects playback through a third-party provider. Sandboxed does not guarantee that any particular title, stream, subtitle, or third-party service will remain available. Third-party playback may display advertising or open external pages.

Billing and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Billing errors should be reported promptly through the account support channel.

Account termination

Access may be suspended for payment fraud, excessive account sharing, attempts to bypass access controls, or other abuse of the service.
